Terms of use & licence

1. Licence

• Each licence key is issued to one account and runs on up to the number of machines stated in the plan (2 by default). You may release a machine and activate another at any time.
• Term plans (3 months, 1 year, 3 years) expire on the date shown in your account. The lifetime plan is no longer sold online; a lifetime licence already issued (or issued by direct agreement) does not expire and includes every future update.
• The free trial is issued once per account, with all features, on one machine.
• Keys may not be shared or resold, used by more people than the machine allowance permits, or tampered with to bypass the licensing mechanism.

2. Updates and support

For as long as your licence runs you receive every update and technical support by phone, Zalo and email during business hours (Mon–Sat, 8:00–17:30 (GMT+7)).

3. Liability

MCAD is provided as is; you remain responsible for checking a drawing before it is used for legal or construction documentation. We recommend leaving autosave on (2 minutes by default) and backing up regularly.

4. Trademarks

AutoCAD and DWG are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. MCAD is an independent product, neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Autodesk.
