1. What we collect
- Account: your email address (required), plus full name, phone number and company (optional, added by you). If you sign in with Google we receive only your email address and display name.
- Licence: the plan you bought, the licence key, its term, and when the payment was confirmed.
- Activation: when you activate MCAD, the app sends the licence key, a machine ID (a hashed hardware identifier), the machine name, the app version and the IP address to the server for verification.
2. What we do not collect
MCAD runs entirely on your machine. Drawing content, file paths and command history are never sent to the server. A diagnostic or support bundle is created only when you export one yourself, and contains metadata only.
3. How we use it
To issue and verify licences, reconcile payments, provide technical support, and notify you about updates or a licence that is about to expire. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
4. Storage and protection
Data is held on servers operated by MCAD Software; passwords are hashed and connections use HTTPS. You may ask to see, correct or delete your account by writing to morehomevietnam@gmail.com; records of paid licences are retained to meet accounting obligations.
5. Cookies
The website uses only a sign-in session cookie and an anti-forgery cookie. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
